一、用途：

二、工作原理：

散料各微粒间存在着相互的内摩擦力和内压力，它们在链运机机槽内受到输送链运动带来的与运动同向的拉力作用，使散料间的内摩擦力、内压力增大，当内摩擦力大于物料与机槽壁的摩擦力后，物料在输送链的带动下，向前移动，当料层高与机槽宽的比值满足一定条件时，物流是稳定的，料速约等于链速。

四、注意事项：

1．物料温度在60-120℃时，易选用较慢链速。物料超过120℃时，请于本公司技术科联系。

2．若输送长度大于90m或输送一些特殊物料、或用在特殊的场合，用户无法自行选用时，请于本公司技术科联系。

五、维修：

1．检查各部级检的紧固情况，若有松动应及时拧紧。

2．检查各运转部位的润滑情况，应按设备润滑“五定“标准，进行加注润滑油（脂）。

3．检查内外链权与该轮的联接情况，如有磨损或位置变动，应及时处理。

4．检查各链板的连接螺栓的紧固情况，若有松动应及时拧紧。

5．检查减速机的润滑情况，润滑油应符合油标尺刻度要求。

6．工作后对设备进行检查、清理和擦拭，并清理工作场地。 

六、定期保养

  1．链板机在运转半个月时，应对各内外链板、锁片、该轮进行检查，磨损严重时应更换。

2．链板输送机在运转一个月时，应对机头、机尾轴承进行检查，并加注润滑脂及更换密封件。

3．链板输送机在运转一个月时，应对减速机进行检查并补充润滑油及更换密封件。

4. 链板输送机在运转一个月时，应对传动部位的零部件进行检查并更换。

5．一周一小查，3个月一大变，必须保证主从动支架出渡槽的中心线在一条直线上。

6．经常保持减速机干净、整洁。
